This design gives the colour and shape room to do the work. The wholecut upper leaves the vamp and quarters largely uninterrupted, so the oxblood finish can run across the shoe without a toe cap or decorative panel dividing it. Condition only when the leather and finish need it, rather than on a fixed schedule. Let damp shoes dry naturally away from direct heat.
